Parts:

Spare parts for packaging and processing machinery are supplied from our company. We have a substantial stock on replacement parts for all the equipment of our own manufacture, as well as for many different makes of machinery in our field.
Our specialty is on the Geo. J. Meyer, Mojonnier Bros., Crown Cork & Seal, Dostal & Lowey, Barry Wehmiller, Carballo, US Bottlers, VideoJet and many others in the beverage field, as well as the majority of the packaging equipment replacement spare parts business. Some obsolete equipment is no longer serviced by the manufacturers. We fabricate the spare parts of many of them with drawings and engineering data from our own files that will give you the necessary replacement at a fraction of it

Service:

For the servicing of the machinery we have an efficient and experienced staff of technicians that will travel to your location and help you with any installation, commissioning and start up procedures, as well as repairing and recommending the action to be taken on your equipment.
The service rates are quoted at very reasonable prices with the equipment that we make, or if necessary, depending on the job, by the hour or by the day. All traveling expenses are charged at low commercial rates.

Used machinery, “as is” condition:

We deal with used machinery that we own, and store in our facilities in McAllen TX, and our plant across the border in Reynosa, Mexico.
The equipment comes from reputable bottlers and packagers, that have retired their machinery, and that we remove from their premises. It is considered Used “as is” because no work or enhancement is done to those machines. Some are in ready to run condition.
The buyer usually does bring the machinery to his own standards, and no responsibility from our company is included.

Refurbished or reconditioned Machinery:

We sell reconditioned or refurbished machinery, that has been brought to operating conditions at our facilities, and is ready to run. The reconditioning work includes replacement of major mechanical, pneumatic & electrical components, that may fail operating the machine after installation. This brings a solid piece of equipment that is dependable, and will work for a considerable time, without too much expense in maintenance. Some of the work may be requested by the buyer, and agreed on both parties. The price does not include any guarantees. The assistance on the commissioning or start up, is available from our service department, but it is not included in the price.

Rebuilt with warranty Machinery:

This option supplies a piece of equipment that is totally rebuilt, replacing all the worn parts, mechanical, electrical, and all other parts, with new components that bring a machine that is practically as new, having used mainly the basic components from the original machine, and substituting the old design with the latest technology.
The equipment carries the same guarantee of a new piece of machinery, one year on the workmanship and parts, and the implied warranty on all the purchased parts, as electrical, transmission, pneumatic, etc.
The price usually includes the service of the supervision of the installation or commissioning of the machine, by our own service personnel. The traveling expenses are quoted separately, upon the location, but the labor time is included for the necessary hours, according to the size and importance of the machinery
