Cooling Plates (Heat Exchange Plates):

We are manufacturers of heat exchange plates. They are used extensively for the carbonation and cooling equipment of our design and make cooling plates for Mojonnier carbocoolers. We supply them to different companies that make similar machines, and our quality is now internationally known.
Our customers in the USA, Great Britain, Canada and Asia have repeated orders and now several thousand of our stainless steel plates, mounted in cooling banks are operating through out the world.

Special designs, as well as different materials are provided according to our customers specifications. The basic design is embossed plates, stamped and cut to form a serpentine coil, that is continuously welded with a double seam, and sealed on the edges to present a plate with a surface that offers a great area that may be used in different heat exchange processes.

We offer a flat plate, or for special designs, rolled and conformed to a cylindrical surface to envelope a tank or submerge it in containers that require heating or cooling.
