Exactomex, Inc. Is a legally established corporation in McAllen, Texas since 1984, in the Rio Grande Valley region in Texas, USA as a natural extension of the original Exactomex Samesa, now named Muccini S.A. de C.V. a Mexican company and manufacturing plant operating in Mexico since 1971. Such move was aimed to the proper servicing of the local border industry and the growing Maquila establishment that has been developing very rapidly in the area, thus obtaining the benefits of the source with best quality hi tech components and raw materials of the USA and the low cost good quality labor from the sister plant in the neighboring city of Reynosa, Tamps. Mexico. The human resources support the local Sales, Administration and Service with five persons in our McAllen office and warehouse in a two acre lot with a 4,000 sq. ft building. Personnel from both organizations, USA & Mexican are available for technical advice and assistance, within the limitations imposed by the legal operation of the personnel from Mexico.

The operations in the Reynosa plant are headed by a group of four engineers that cover the area of Engineering, Manufacturing engineering, Product engineering and Supplies. Local employment of more than 20 specialized technicians and workers varies according to the demand & work load, supervised by our own staff of administrative and accounting personnel.

Equipment at the manufacturing plant consists basically of machine tools, presses, Fabricating machinery for metal shop, stamping, press brakes, tank shop equipment, welding in all specialties Tig, Mig and Seam, Spot Submerged arc and Heliarc, with the necessary assembly floor for all types of individual machinery. Due to the inherent nature of the production of the custom made machines, the plant is not fully supporting a high production line of manufacturing. Nevertheless, it is suitable to be adapted according to the needs and circumstances of a new product line.

The main product line of the company has been since the very early beginning, the development and design, manufacture and service of packaging and processing machinery for the food and beverage industry, specializing in all metal stainless steel fabrications, with automatic controls for the different processes. All this work has been done with our own technology following the latest trends in the industry. Many types of machines have been manufactured to suit the needs of different customers in the world.

More recently, the fast advances in the automatization of packaging lines made us look for alliances with other major producers of similar machinery both, in the USA, and Europe. We currently represent and receive technical assistance from BC International, In Wisconsin, USA, as well as from one of the leader machinery manufacturers in Parma, Italy. Their equipment is offered and sold along our machinery, forming complete bottling lines as a single package from one supplier and a single responsibility.
